Unsure of date and numbers just yet, I know a couple of the guys want to go along when their cars are ready, I'm hoping they can make it as would like to see their builds.
Yh that's fine mate the friend can come along too!
 
I think we should set something up and those who can attend do so - so long as we behave ourselves there shouldn't be any reason we can't go back again when more people have theirs cars ready?

I'm sure they are grateful for the business so long as there isn't too much antisocial behaviour associated with it!

Seems like the forum is dying on its arse at the moment so would be good to get regular meets going to stimulate a bit more interest?

Even if we get 9-10 cars there like the last one its something to do, opportunity for some pictures and to natter over a shandy/cup of tea about mutual interests!

Definitely agree mate. I remember when the forum used to have regular meets and it was great seeing what everyone has done with their cars.
Let’s get a meet organised for May.
 
I know Rippu didnt manage to ask them about how theyd like us to organise it with them, so i will ask them on sunday when i return and feedback here, any preferred dates in May?

And yeah, their main motto at C&M is ''Dont be a dick" follow that and you can go as much as you like.
 
I'm busy 5th and 6th May but apart from that I'm easy on any other weekend.
 
I believe Japfest is coming up too, so maybe 1 of the other weekends. Maybe the 18/19th or 25/26th. Which day is typically less busy, the Saturday or Sunday?

I missed out on the old meets (that was before I had my car) so that's what I'm trying to get going again! :D hopefully get some more members turning up, put names to faces and meet those who we speak to on here!

Saturday is the quieter of the two from my past visits. if its a sunny sunday it can get crazy busy. I'll mention both those weekends when i'm there, see what they say/can do for us.
 
Wouldn't mind getting an evening meet sometime too say at a services or multi story, for some cool night light pics of the cars lined up. If people were up for it. Daikoku PA style :D

unrelated to this meet, a few of mine and Boyle's friends are meeting up at fairacres retail park abingdon, OX14 1TP, tomorrow evening, anyone's welcome to join.
