Sadly up for sale is my b18c1 EG.
I bought the bare shell from Andrew Baird (Automek - East Kilbride) around 6 months ago and it took me around a month of putting it all back together. The car was build by basically having another 2 donor cars, firstly a EG6 sir which all the interior and swap parts came from and a 1993 integra DB8 which the engine and running gear came from. During the swap everything that could have been replaced has been,disc's and pads, timing belt, water pump, driveshafts etc. Its had a full respray in Starlight Black (inside and out). All the arches are solid. Also would like to mention that on the clock it isnt showing the right milage as i didnt have the original clocks for the car, however i do have loads of old MOT's showing geniune milage and im in the process of getting other clocks changed to represent the real milage. Anyway enough of the story, the spec is below:
1995 EG5 with 54000 miles on it 5 months Tax and 11 month MOT.
Registered as a 1.5 LSI on log book, ill leave it to the new owner to change.
B18c1 engine - had 85000km on the clock tho i cant prove as i have misplaced the MOT from it.
Y21 gearbox
Rota Slipstreams in satin Black with Goodyear tyres with loads of life.
Tein Superstreet coilivers - less than 1500 miles on them
Skunk 2 lower control arms - less than 1500 miles on them
Walbro Fuel Pump
Momo steering wheel and Boss
JDM tailgate ( was bought new from Honda)
Amber Corners
Sir spoiler
De locked all round
Cat 1 Alarm and Immobiliser with remote central locking
Ek sideskirts modded to fit
Door Cards and Rear Quarter Plastics retrimmed by Capital Seating in EK9 Material.
Rear welded in strut bars
Smoothed off and painted Purple rocker cover
Genuine Spoon Carbon Fibre front lip ( pretty cracked so has been carbon wrapped on top)
EK9 Style rear lip
Full mongoose s/s exhaust system and decat
Fully Stripped out
262 front and 242 rear brakes ( all with new dics and pads)
Bad points :
Stone chips on Bonnet and Bumper
No cd player ( one will be fitted for buyer)
Passenger window wont go down ( still looking for a new regulator)
All in all this is a one of the cleanest EG's i've seen, all the arches are perfect and the paintwork is awesome. Will be really sad to see it go but due to starting uni cant justify keeping this.
