Alright guys just a general question..

has anyone b20'd an ek9 before ? what problems have you found? what sort of price did it cost all in and what power figures did you see

really wanna do this to mine but need to save up the cash and find an 08+ bottom end! fancied going a different route other than turbo,supercharged or b18

dont be fussed about a 98 on bottom end if your going to build it anyway. Ive done loads of B20s, despite all the forum horror stories Ive had none break yet, if done well its a great conversion,

I was mainly interested in the newer bottom end as I've heard it revs to 8500rpm rather than 7000odds on the older bottom end?not sure if it's true or just talk..
Also I was wanting to run my b16b head and have it mapped and running,I'm happy with the 185bhp +\- a few bolt on mods,mainly after the torque.

I've seen martins ITR go,and it pulled like a train,wanting to do the conversion ever since !

if your wanting a decent build youll be putting pistons and rods in it anyway, these, with a crank girdle and ARP bolts will ensure it will rev safely, not that youll feel the need to take it much over 8000 anyway.
