Hey guys

Wanted to bring this up as it is a very important aspect of our cars especially hondas

I am looking for some epic/rare rims
Which give menthe hellaflush look
Tucked nicely and perfect offset for that stance look

Would these fit an ek9?
Advan RG in gold
These wheels are in good condition.
Front-17 x 7.5 +48 tyres-admiral 85% tread
Rear-17 x 8.5 +50 tyres-sava 75% tread

Hmm - not many people into hella flush on here i'm afraid mate

More people go after function over form (more interested in how the car performs over how it looks).

I cant say I know of anyone that has 17's on an EK9 - most people who wish to have a bigger wheel choose a 16 inch max and the offset is usually decided depending on what kind of use and if its for clearance for larger brakes.

However each to their own and all that - good luck finding what your after !

Thanks for the response!

However I went and bought the sprint hart CPR, decided function over form and also looks hell of alot better too

What im after is 15x9.5's in front ant 15x10's in back. 0 offset. It's a very hard fitment to achieve but its worth it for shows, meets etc. You should too, but if its too hard for you, you can always go bagged. A bit pricier.

Wider rear wheels on a FWD car just looks complete garbage, as does having to run excessive negative camber to get them tucked under the arches, just looks plain broken

FWD wider front wheels looks badass and serves a purpose, anything over 16" will look rubbish and kill performance also

No offence guys but i ran 17" wheel of my EG6 and it handled like on rails...

Honestly it was amazing to drive with the 17"s on it...

personally i hate anything bigger than 16" but i have to say it handled so well with them on..

surely you must run mad amounts of camber to get those wheels to work..
handling must be so bad with these wheels on it...
rather you than me mate, agree probably looks good on a show car but i like to drive my car instead of look at it. :p

jokes. each to their own buddy.

I was also crazy about having 17" under my civic, and got lot advise not to go bigger then 16". So I decided to follow my wish, and ended with 17" which in less then 30 day's I sold them back.

Just like Topher-EK4 said: "...agree probably looks good on a show car but i like to drive my car instead of look at it."

Now I am 100% satisfy to 15"x6.5 offset 43mm, I will never go back to 17". It sucks

i had 15x7 ( i dont remember offset ) car was handling great for street driving but they was 10.5kg each wheel !!
i change them for 15x6.5 +32 offset and handling went a lil worse !
now i'm going 15x7 35 offset hope things will be better now !

best size for ek 16x7 50-40 offset
best wheel for me dc2 98

15x7 ET35 is a perfect size for EK9 :nice:

I'm running the same wheels as Steven and I totally agree, the car looks pretty well stanced whilst still remaining functional, plus the track is wider so the handling is better :nice:
