please, do NOT buy from these people.

I had a long-standing order with them running about 9 months starting in 2010. I totaled an order of about $10,000.00 usd in parts. Everything from Backyard Special/FEEL's/J'sRacing etc...

I had wonderful communication with them all the way through. They were very helpful and got me part numbers, sent me pictures of my parts and all seemed well.

On 9/27/2011 i received an email from them saying my order was ready for dispatch. i paid the shipping required and then the trouble started. They informed me what ship my order would be coming on (Ocean freight to Hawaii) and i tracked the boat on Google maps on its entire voyage. Well at the end of November when the ship turned back to the far east without stopping in Hawaii i started asking questions. I called the alleged shipping company and started asking questions from Touge Distribution.

They finally tell me that they cant ship ocean freight with their company to Hawaii. Then asked me if i could find a shipper myself to help them out. I was able to secure a company that was willing to go and pick up my parts in Chiba, japan where they claim to be located. Ive asked them several questions since then and they have ignored me ever since. I have asked them why they would just steal all my money like that and they straight ignore me.

I have no recourse as i can see it, except to let EVERYONE else know about it. Please save yourself the trouble. This was not my very first order with them (i placed several prior to this with no issues)



Its now May of 2012 and i have nothing to show for all my money.
DO NOT BUY FROM TOUGE DISTRIBUTION

took ages to arrive but it did

Personally , Id be getting my money back whichever way possible from them
 
and i got a magic email them all the sudden this week-

"we'll contact you tomorrow to get this all sorted".... which 1, sounds NOT japanese... 2 they never said crap to me the next day and have continued to ignore me
 
I've had a load of **** off Nengun in the past which knocked me just over £500 down. Avoid them to people.
 
I ordered my BOYZ exhaust from Touge.eu - took 6 months too come. They said they were having alot of trouble with suppliers at the time.
 
thats worth a plane trip over to demand your money back in person
 
They suck!!! Promising one thing and then you pay but you only get half the order...and if you question them you have to wait and wait...till he won't answer nomore...
 
i bought parts from them before and to be honest the service was terrible,i paid for the parts and got them six months later i paid for ems and they shipped by sal,they were using what happened in japan last year as an excuse for ages and ages im sorry to here man for your lose,are they still using their facebook page??
 
I'm sure that i read somewhere that james and/or matt set up 'injection imports as they were having trouble with touge bring their reputation down.

He said that he would carry on sorting out all orders that were put through them.

Hi Everyone, I'm Matt. Some of you may know me as Matt@Touge. Around a year ago, my colleague and I decided to take on the EU franchise of Touge Distribution. We put in all of our efforts to provide the best service possible. Around 6 months in we were starting to hear a lot of negative feedback about how customers had been treated by the International side of the business. We did our best to help these what we thought were isolated cases out. No sooner had we satisfied customers of the international site in a satisfactory manner, more and more started to surface. A few months ago we decided enough was enough. We had worked hard only to have our reputation and financial stability put a risk.

So we made the decision to make a break away from Touge sooner than expected to stop our reputation being destroyed by Touge's terrible customer service. We are able to supply any part available in Japan, and can provide you with the same system of a delivered EU price. We are working on building up stocks, and being a Honda buff myself I will obviously be favouring Honda parts

If anyone has any queries just give me a shout either on here or at info@injectionimports.com. If anyone has any outstanding issues with Touge I will do what I can for you. I am however limited as if the order didn't go through me I don't have any information on them unfortunately.
