Been having beautiful afternoons lately so I decided to play around with my Lumix GH2 and shoot a short video of my EK9. Enjoy!

Nice vid, your car is a very nice example.. Love the wheels, they suit the car perfectly :drool: what's the spec?
 
Thanks guys - I'm running 17" Work CR-KAIs painted in the same gunmetal color as the stock R35 GTR rims. :)

very clean dont like the wheels tho there too big or somethin
 
@elchunk that's Akira Nakai's (RWB) signature I had it signed when he did his first RWB build here :)

Yep we need to convert the steering to LHD for it to be road legal here in the Philippines. We did the conversion ourselves and used the local SiR steering components for the conversion so everything turned out great – otherwise if you have it done by the local motor vehicle department they'll do a shoddy job.

This is pretty much stock actually as its my daily driver, and since I have a dedicated race car, I wasn't really craving for a fast street car.

So stock B16B, although with a crome chipped ECU,
Custom 4-2-1 headers, custom 2.5" exhaust, HKS Silent Hi-Power Muffler,
Dynamics Coilovers, Hardrace roll center adjusters. Wantwin 1.5-way LSD.

Used to have skunk2 pro2 cams but reverted back to stock typeR cams as the powerband is too high with the aftermarket cams.

That's basically it.

The thing about this car was it was fresh when I got it. About 80t Kms on the clock. Came with everything including original manuals, brochures and service records. So I just aimed to keep it clean and as stock as possible.

Thanks. Some like it, some don't. Personally I think its something different from most EK9 wheel choices (like the ubiquitous flat black 15" Spoon wheels or 15" TE37s).
 
Nice video dude, Just watched, in full, Your EP82 video... Damm it makes me miss my starlet. It sounds glorious on boost :D

very nice EK9 you have also but that EP82 is awesome :D

Thanks man! Truth be told the starlet puts a lot of civics to shame on the racetrack :)

Hahaha the race videos can just speak for themselves :p. But I love them both though that's why I own both :)
