my gear box crunches into 3rd slightly not good

its only when you change to 3rd gear high rpms ?

I had the same problem also! with my eg6! i miss my eg6

My Si does that sometimes...not much though. It does it alot less with my B&M short throw shifter installed.

Just simply changing the transmission oil could actually solve that problem.

I experienced the same thing on my Accord, only in 5th gear.
Changed the transmission oil(who probably hadn`t been changed for a while) with some fresh Mobil1 Transmission Oil. No more nasty crunch!
