I'm a bit unsure whats caused this to fail after such a short time, possibly 2000 road miles and 2 track days and its failed.

When fitted they was tightened with the wheels on the ground to avoid pre-loading them.

Any ideas?

Sorry bout poor quality, limited light outside

Oh dear, i hope it just hit something hard with an impact coz i just fitted Hardrace droplink and wouldnt want mines to fail so quickly either.

Drives the same, noticed a slight knock over a speed hump and checked it tonight,

All my suspensions is hardrace :/ Except Shocks and springs

This has put me off buying a set, I'm the same running a full hard race bush kit and thought the drop links would last longer than the usual motor factor parts.

er, crap! the hardrace bushes i put on my old ek4 worked grand. Just put a set in the 9 but havent got it on the road yet. Strange to see them brake after next to no use.

I'm going to seek a replacement, if not I'll be going for HONDA ones

Not good, lets hope its just a one off manufacturing defect rather than a major design flaw

not the first time ive heard this about hardrace drop links... ive just rebushed the whole car using the hardrace bush kit but avoided their drop links due to this very reason.

I just installed these on my teg along with full HR bush kit. No problems so far, however have heard of them snapping whilst tightening. Shame because other HR products seem to be well made.

Might just send these back and go for OEM Honda for piece of mind.

did you preload your suspension then full tight the bolts on it ?

is wierd ash how its gone , like i said the ones on my crv snapped but they have done 100,000 miles lol
