for a fast road setup does anyone know if its best to use standard settings or if its best to have slighly more negative?
 
Standard settings is more rear negativ camber (-2 to 0) than front negativ (-1 to 1)

You would want more negative camber on the front in a front wheel driven car

I'm running -2 at the front and -1 at the rear.
 
depends what suspension you are running, how stiff it is, how you want the car to feel/respond, what tyres you are running, etc etc

some settings may suit one persons driving style and setup but someone else may hate it
