just had a look on the highways agency website. got this info from it

The M4 westbound and eastbound will be closed between junctions J15 and J16 due to roadworks, from 7 pm on 16 May 2009 to 10 am on 17 May 2009.

So we`re safe until 7pm thank god.

We will be leaving J12 M4 at 7 so should be at Swindon at about 7:30. Text me at say 7.25 and get ready to join the M4. I will let you know exactly where we are so you can tag along.

Some people are coming from up north and stopping at MK then we`re coming down the A34 then along the M4. Depends what time they`re getting to MK for. If not then i`ll meet you at Chievley just before 7. Will see what they say.

Chievley is J13, we are meeting at 12. We will be passing 13 at 7:10-7:15.

Ah yeah. I should know that from the amount of times i go to reading that way lol. I`d more likely to be at Chievley at that time than 7. As i said i`ll let you know when i`ve spoken to the others :)

As long as you've not changed your number i will text you, but i was intending to go to junction 16 of the M4 as its 10mins from where im staying for the night and if the road works start at 7pm then i'll see you on the M4 around 7.40am at Junction 16!

Are you passing through there as in stopping or literally just driiving past mate? Will be the best place for me and Doug to meet the convoy? :nice:
 
I want to get to Combe in good time so i wont be stopping. If you text me i will reply just as we are passing 13 so you can join us.

hi all,
not long had my ek9, im going up 2 coombe this weekend for japfest and wont mind parking up with a few other ek9's, so is there a section where any1 with ek9s can park?? am guna be coming from yate way so also wondering if there is any other ek9's going from that way??

hi mate have to ask dunc about a place on the stand unsure if there are any. A couple of us are meeting at the willy wicket by the ring road (im guessin u mean yate in bristol)ready to leave at 7.30 am so if you wanna drive up with us then thats cool just be there then n pm me your number just incase. ant

what way r u heading up? as the willy wicket is the opposite way for me, so if ur going out thru chipping sodbuy/old sobury, i will meet u some where around there if not no worries.
 
gunna head up westerliegh road and along the road next to the m4 think its the b4465. we could meet in a place called acton turville or tormarton depends which way you go just before castle combe. pm your number so we can let you know when were there.

530 wake up call for me mrs is not happy :)) still be good to drive down with dunk etc seeing as hes 15 mins away from me
