Chi's K20 Build Completed.. Pic Heavy!

Haven't really raced side by side yet.
To be honest i spin quite frequently in 1st and 2nd.
I think in order to really test, both cars should be equipped with LSDs.

Engine 1 - Spun bearing. Cracked sump, low oil. Elementry mistake
Engine 2 - Bent/Snapped con rod. Puddle sucker, Water Damage. Novice mistake
Engine 3 - Just put in today... Wish me luck

So now i've come along way since last post...
I don't even know where to start but first i want to post some pictures that may be old but i think are still worth posting.
First off are my Spoon calipers brought back in 11' thought this was a great pic just after being cleaned up.
This is the gauge pod i recently brought, Just showing my Oil Temp and Pres. ATM
The Nardi Steering wheel i use for a while. Now running Personal
Some Zeal Function Coilovers i been through, Gone Back to MeisterR.
My Third Engine, Still running STRONG!!!
These are the Recaro SPAs, My Friends like to call these the Anerexic Seat Because they're so tight #nofatchicks
This is the Circuit Hero Sump Baffle, it bolts up to the windage tray, great piece of kit!
So at the start of 2013 my car was having some electrical issues. It wouldn't start!
I tried a few things, But couldn't get it to going. I can only do so much as i don't have much time of to play with it. so i had it towed to R-Motion for Mikey to work his magic.

So while my car was at R-Motion i deicided it was finally time to get a Daily Drive.
The Zeal Functions were a bit of a pain to run everyday and i was getting sick of replacing sumps (i'm on my 4th one).
Yeah you could say just change suspension and raise the car. but i love they way the car really track focused. i dont want to change a thing.
So on to my decision of car. My friend was selling his ep3 for a good price but then he pulled out. but it still kept me thinking that the ep3s are great value for money.
So then i got one. A 2006 Civic Type-R Premier Edition. The car was a CAT D with minor front damage, hence the zip ties. the rest is in good shape.
LOL this is the only picture i have, yes its from a Parking Ticket.
But overall car is great, super happy i got it! A real treat to drive everyday, light steering, the suspension is finely tuned so you get a great balance of comfort and performance. And then you get the K20 engine! it definitely ticks all the boxes!
So now i finally have a DD, This means i can really take my car to a next level.
So i acquired some more new parts.
First up was the much needed LSD, This is the Kazz SuperQ Plated LSD. Shipped from Japan.
This Mod was like day and night when i installed it. Completely changed the handling of car. made it much more superior.
Also the new SuperQ version has WPC Treated Plates and is very quiet when operational.
Swapped my Nardi for this 350mm Personal wheel. Thought its was more Suited. also the Nardi was a bit small.
(Those are not my hands btw)
Got hold of some second hand Dixcel Slotted Disk And Dixcel Type Z Pad.
Amazing setup, Extremly hard to Fade. Brakes will catch fire before these things fade.
New Set of MeisterR Super Race Coilovers cause the Zeals were leaking. F16kg R14kg

After the car was finished at R-Motion i installed all these parts and had it running pretty much perfect.
But there's one thing ive been meaning to do for a long while, the car paintwork was never in real good condition.
So it was about time it saw some new paint! And i've always wanted to go Phoenix Yellow! Everyone advised me to do something different but i didn't care, i was adamant on this colour and i love it!
Here its is at the BodyShop. Bye Bye Champ White.

Whilst the car was at BodyShop, i had Paul @ SpoonerRestorations Re-Spray my Wheels, Rocker Cover and Calipers! Bling Bling
This is what happened after i went to one of those Iraqie hand car washes. PISSED
This is after the hands of Paul. BOOM

Now for the Body...
