Even if it is within your budget, what are you using it for?
I know someone who shell out over £2K for a new of QRS (Quantum Racing Services) coilovers only to have to sell them because they are too harsh for UK road use.

High Price doesn't always mean better.
The QRS coilovers were meant for race circuit use... and therefore it wouldn't work for him as he is driving a road car.

In another word, you need to buy the right suspension for the right application.
