difference between 99-00 civic type r headlight and kouki headlight?

i've been looking for some 99-00 ctr headlights and came across some but they labled it as 99-00 civic type r kouki headlight. i don't know what that means but i'm here to find out! lol

I know Kouki makes CTR 99-00 rear taillights.. I have CTR 99-00 headlights but they are made by Stanley
