I bought a item in ebay some days ago and I received this message:

This listing was removed by eBay. If you already paid for the item, we recommend that you wait 10 days from the expected delivery date to see if the item arrives. I can't even see the seller name or leave feedbadck! however I got a tracking number, I was wondering if I open a paypal dispute or should I wait a couple of days ? :mad:

Man that sucks , see if the tracking number works if so id wait a few days
 
Do not wait to dispute, tracking number is worthless and time is not on your side...if you dispute and also get product, you are in the drivers seat/have options to return product.

hope it wasnt a big ticket item
 
dispute had a similar ordeal i waited and got nowhere thankfully was a cheapo item so wasnt a great loss but sooner rather than later bud

Ive only had one issue while ordering from ebay, the process worked and I got my $750USD back. But the seller kept telling me to wait just a little longer as they were backed up with orders...well I filed a dispute and all was good.

They no longer sell on ebay, so I think I did the right thing.

Yup same as you Tama, I've had a few issues on there in the past and the seller is always keen to let you wait just a little while...

As much as I'd like to believe that there are some genuine rpeople out there, it seems there are many more waiting to scam you.

There is a time limit, so play it wisely. I think it's 30 days to file the claim..
 
Ok guys, I received the item, the item is a fake case, I opened a paypal dispute , and they decided to not refund the money since there is no proof the item is fake since there is no ebay item information.

f**k paypal and ebay! :mad:
 
Well, you have their address correct? Ship them a box of actual ****.

Can you not get a screenshot from your history/cached pages (I dunno I'm no Bill Gates lol) surely if ebay removed it they had good reason so therefore grounds for a refund? If not it's time for ek9 members to mess with his ebay :)

Have you asked the seller for a refund?
 
I've had this exact same problem. What I try to do with every purchase I send a message to the seller. Even if its just something irritating like "when will this be shipped." When I send a message it sends an email to my address with the details including sellers name
