Ej9 engine problem

I serviced my ej9 today and as i let the car idle with engine flush in it, it started smoking heavily turned it off changed the oild and filter and the spark plugs, was really smokey on start up again let it run then had a wee blast in it smoke seemed to calm down but now its smoking and smells quite bad, and running a bit lumpy with misfires and as i rev it up to sit on 2000 revs it 'pops', really lacking in power then drive it again for couple of minutes and seems to be fine

Any suggestions would be appreciated as im scared to drive it incase i cause any damage
 
What colour is the smoke?
 
White smoke usually means headgasket? But if it has only just done it since the engine flush I just can't see it being that. Has the car had regular oil changes as usally if a car hasnt been serviced well that engine flush does more damage then good as the oilports could be blocked in a result.
 
Thats what im thinking now although the oil was still a touch gold when it came out
 
engine flush should be band. it does more harm then good. it in some cases go through oil seals.
