EK4 quote

I am looking at getting an EK4 in 6 weeks of so. Thing is about 2 years ago I was on my mums insurance as a named driver and wrapped her ford fiesta zetec round a lamp post. We claimed on the insurance. I was wondering that when I go to get my first insurance quote, where it says " had any claims" because it wasnt my insurance do I put it in there? Really quite confused because It wasnt my insurance so not sure.
Any help??
 
ermm i think it would be better to put it as as yes as it was you that had the accident
