Hello mates I'm new here. I have a question. I want to buy EK9 but the cars in my country are left positioned. The conversion is hard? Which parts do I have?

You won't be able to convert an Ek9 to Lhd without swapping the Bulkheads I imagine. You could convert an LHD EK4 to EK9 spec though?

More hassle than it's worth, plus it would devalue the car, at least in my opinion. Is it not possible to register a RHD car in your country? Some continental countries do allow this. You might also want to check how difficult would it be to register a Japanese import.

No, you can't convert an ek4 to ek9 without swapping the entire rear clip from ek9 to ek4. Apparently swapping bulkhead is easier, but either way it devalues the car because there is no such thing as LHD ek9.

In my country register a RHD car is very hard. The only option is just import from Japan and swap to LHD. I know it is hard but i want a EK with sterring wheel on the left side.

What I meant is that even when converted to LHD you might have a hard time registering it, EK9 does not have a European Certificate of Conformity which in certain countries makes it practically impossible to register. Also, you will be paying a lot of money for a car only to devaluate it by chopping the bulkhead out (btw that is also where the EK9 VIN is ) and swapping for one out of a LHD model. That's something I personally wouldn't do if I paid £8000+ for a decent EK9 freshly imported from Japan. But if you are set on doing it then what you need is a EK9, a LHD donor vehicle that you don't mind chopping up, preferably with black dashboard and interior, and the equipment to swap the bulkhead.

I know full well it won't be a true Ek9, but just a replica is the best he is going to get.

A champ white Ek4 with 5 stud hubs, all the ek9 spec interior and a B16b.

It's the best he's going to get I'm afraid.

I'm afraid that's the case by having a replica cosmetically. The ek9 just has too many reinforced bits at the chassis which can't be replicated.

I would just buy a local civic ek and swap everything in, seats engine, 5 lug exhaust interior etc...

Probably be easier to move to England and then get an ek9 tbh.
