Hi, Im new to this forum and need some advice on a EK9 i am thinking about buying. I have previously owned about 5 DC2's and want to try something a little different but still VTEC!!! :drive:

I have seen a R plate CW EK9 with 100,000KM but the owner has lost all import paperwork apart from 1 MOT and the V5.

The car has been in the country for 18 months and has also got a little crease in the boot floor, nothing major! The rear bumper is also 'hanging' lower by a few MM's on one side. It has obviously been in a smash before import.

What sort of price is it worth?

It has a Mugen Mani (heatwrapped)
SS Exhaust (unknown make)
Induction Kit(unknown make)

Advice will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

:D

Personally i wouldnt touch it

i personally would stay away from it, if its had a damage. the precise factory setting wouldnt be the same and no doc even in uk for 18 months. sounds dodge to me:angry:

buy it! who cares about the damage if you get it cheap! turn it in to a track car. if you dont buy it pm me and i will

For £3k you can't go wrong, breaking it will get you more than that!

Did the guy try to lie about the condition?

If you can get it for 3k then break it and make your money back and more...

Ive not actually seen the car in the flesh but have seen photos of it!

The guy is not prepared to let it go for £3K but I can have it for £3.5K. I have not actually got anywhere to park it to break it because of the mess it creates.

Im going to see if i can get him to agree to £3K!

Will keep you posted!! :drive:
