EK9 rear seats

Is there any difference between the rear seats of an EK9 pre facelift and facelift? I was told that there would be a difference in the fitment?!

Who can help me out

Perhaps someone can explain me why an EK9 rear seat isn't plu&play in a EJ9, EK3 or EK4? And how this problem can be solved?

Are you sure its a EK9 and not a DC2?
Beacuse my feiens bought Ek9 rear seats for his hatch and bolted right up.

damn, this still has not bee resolved... there was a thread about this awhile ago, we never came to a conclusion.

ek9 seats wont directly fit into ek4

the ek9 bench will fit straight into 96-98 ek4/3 and you have to remove big metal bar under bench on 99-00 ek3/4 to fit ek9 bench

as for back sections you have to remove fabric from ek9 foam and fit over ek4 foam (very simple as just lots of metal clips hold it on)

i know as ive done it
