Hey guys, Picked up a wee 1.4 EK for my wife today,

Im wanting to do a couple things for it to her,

My plans are to fit EK9 Shocks & Springs, she dont want the car sitting on the ground and i want to upgrade to better stuff as i plan on getting a engine conversion done to it. Also on the cards would be 5 stud conversion and also EK9 wheels


I will be fitting the stuff along with a mate, Looking for a rough price?

no idea on price but stick around the forum and some used parts are bound to pop up. Why the 5stud conversion, seems very costly route for just looks mate.

Would it be wrong to say i love EK9 wheels? :) lol......


As i said it my first post mate, engine conversion might be on the cards soon so may as well upgrade to better brakes as well, EK9 stoppers on a 1.4 is going to be rather impressive.

indeed ;) Have a look at the accord euro r wheels, if i was 5stud i would kill for a set of those!!!! Easily the best OEM honda wheel ever made!
 
Back to the top with this,

Looking at buying the skokies and springs in the next week or 2, can anyone tell me if they will bolt straight onto my EJ9 or do i need anything else to go with it?


Im only buying EK9 shokies & springs just now, the rest can follow when i get a job.

As above i am gonna be doing a full swap, so im going to want the car to handle like a stock EK9, wot other parts am i gonna need? First up ill be fitting the stock EK9 shokies & springs, hubs and wheels will get done when i can afford it.

But wot other parts am i going to need, not to clued up on the underside of cars

ek9 strut bar, rear lower tie bar, still wont handle like ek9-seam welded chassis. but shood b fine for d current power output
