Depends on what your using the car for and how tolerant you are to NVH(noise, vibration and harshness)
Road only car that sees very little mileage I'd probably try the oem LSD and see how you feel. ESP if the budget gets abit tight later on. If you've got budget and its purely road car then you could try a quaife or similar helical type unit as these create no extra NVH
Road/track then your looking upgraded helical as before or a plate LSD preferably 1 or 1.5way. Plate type LSD are basically the top LSD your going to get for these, but you pay a massive price in NVH and they can be very snatchy aswell. Mine put my 280hp/175ftlbs down with ease but it's only one piece of that puzzle. Mapping, turbo selection, tyres, gearing all play a part in how good your traction is.
Personally I can handle the extra NVH of a plate in a road car, it can get tedious and the looks you get can be abit funny but the reward when you've got the throttle wide open is more than worth it IMO.
You need a trip in a plate LSD car before hand if your unsure
