Exhaust manifold?

What Exhaust manifold is decent for my ek9 type r any one have any ideas should i get a 4-2-1 or a 4-1. Or has anyone got one for sale. And are the TEGIWA 2.5" HIGH FLOW SPORTS CAT any good.
 
There was a Toda manifold for sale on here a few days ago, about £500 i think. I'd say they where probably one of the best, depends on your budget and mods tho

Header/exhaust manifolds are somewhat application specific to the use of the engine.
So let us know your mods; main use of the car and we can better help.

If you are looking for a nice all around header/exhaust manifold, low cost solution to me would be the Blox Racing Tri-Y Header: USD $639

Just leave your oem cat in place until you decide on your header/exhaust manifold. Be more concerned with your cat back exhaust.

I have a 1.8 ITR engine; I was considering this but in the BLOX Big Tube [max flow] 4-2-1 version...still may pick one up too.

Its a daily driver. i plan to get a full exhaust system just wondering which manifoold to get and a hi flow cat.

As much as i dispise Blox items that actually looks really good quality! :nice:
 
I love my 5zigen 4-2-1 Highly Recommended & can be got for a good price second hand:nice:
I have mated mine to 5zigen miracle fireball & use a baffled decat.
 
Yea i think i might get a 5zigen 4-2-1. what would should i pay for a 2nd hand one?
 
i have a 4-1 jdm 2.5" spare but its dented quite badly
i just bought a cheapy 4-1 ceramic coated and it seems to do the job :)
 
Hi, i'm new to this so i'm not quite sure how this works.
I just bought a 2000 Honda Civic Type R EK9 and it had one of those **** loud exhausts on it.
I wanted the original EK9 exhaust. Anyone know where i can pick one up from?
