Extended ball joints, are they worth it ?

I took my car in to have a general check over to make sure everything is in order and they pulled it up on o/s ball joint having a small amount of play.

It currently has budyclub extended ball joints is it worth buying them again or just going oem ?

Just go OEM. They are a gimmick
