Finally got my VSM EK9 back !


PS we're doing pics when it's back, you have no choice. :)
 
Holy crap! Well done for saving it most people would of probably just broke it for bits

Picked it up Saturday. Not happy with the finish as it was too rushed.
Back into the body shop til it's done.
 
Went round last night, it's at the prep stage now, dropped it off after my honeymoon and this is how it sits four weeks later.



 
Got it back again, wasn't happy with the finish. Bits of overspray, couples of runs etc so went back in to get them tidied up.

Picked it up finally last week, not had a good chance to wash it and see the finish but I'm at the point that if I'm not happy it's going elsewhere. Paid for six months road tax and only had the car out for one week so far, tax is up end of Jan so it'll be off the road til summer most likely.
Since it's been sitting and not run for so long the battery gave up the ghost and has been replaced with a tiny racing one complete with 'custom' battery clamp.

Got a few things lined up to sort over next few months, fit my new short shifter, get all the interior clips back in, need a new bonnet release cable and probably get the wheels sprayed white again.

cheers, I've had a quick look around and can't see anything obvious. Was going to get the interior painted next winter but think I'll just do it myself
