carbon fiber is the way forward bro ive always had a carbon bonnet on every jap car ive owned cant wait to see what mine will look like being on a yellow ek9 as the last car i had was a white glanza and that looked stunning just hope i get the same result with the ek9 :D

if you looks for some pics of mine, yellow with cf bonnet and aerocatches

Pretty much the same place as ctrsam. Do you have any under bonnet pics? And where did you attach the pins to? Looks to me like one of the headlight bolts?

didnt use headlight bolts

the way i did it was

drill new holes where i want pins
fit pins
dab a dot of red paint on pin so i know where to drill
drill pilot hole then use hole cutter for bigger holes

Oh right. Thanks for the info. Gonna have a look tomorrow to see where I can put them :nice:

there are holes next to the headlights on the slam panel you can use

Tip is to fit the pins where you want them with a dab of grease on the pins, close the bonnet on the pins then where the dollop of grease lyes, this is where you want to drill your pilot hole

For some reason...that photo makes me feel sick...not sure if its the lens/focus effect or the fact its so clean
