Have searched the forum and can find no info on this, do I just bolt it on or do I have to set it correctly and if so how would I go about doing this? Any help would be good thanks:blinx:

Basically its 3 bolts and then its off but do not apply force when you puting it back. And alighn the new one same as the old one im refering to the round bit that goes into the head.

iv just brought a engine that was in bits and the dizzy wasnt connected up, how do i set it correctly?
or is there even a wrong way?
any info would be great

the dizzy n the crank meet slot toghter also best to mark position of one fitted already overwise it wont turn over n will **** dizzy speaking from experiance

so if it had been taken off and been turnd god knows how many times before i had it how will i be able to match it back up?

The dist drive slot is off center so it will only go on in the correct place. Finally tighten the 3 bolts up to where it was fitted to previous engine.
It should start and run ok (ish) but you will have to get the ignition timing checked. If you get stuck i can set it for you.

If u give me fuel money to get to you I don't mind fitting it for you. I would say don't worry about it but I'm skint until my other ek9 sells :(
