Im suprised its still not sold to be honest, I havent had one person come to view it:shocked: Probably one of the better value cars out there aswell, considering the costs to do the work after buying a low mileage EK9.

yeah i sent you another 2 don`t know why you never got them ? it was just concerning payin 50% of the car once one has been sourced because i have the trade in ?

not to be rude or anything, but can i ask why its 8,250 when dunk is selling 2000 models for the same price?

Is there any major difference between a 97 and a 00?

Just curious as to why the price is the nearly the same?

Sure, any questions are welcome,

this has less mileage than the one you are comparing it to, is 3 years older but has over £3000 worth of modifications on it and is A LOT quicker than that 2000 model...This is one of quickest EK9's in the country, thats why, does that seem justified to you? Oh and its now about £600 cheaper than the other one.

Replied to the new PM now, lol

Yes, do you want a look?? I will have a look first, my laptop went silly a few months back, will just check....

I have it...

Yeh that would be good.

Any documents relevant to the car would be nice., although a auction report essential!

Im looking at a few cars just now!

Here you are, as I always say, only take auction reports as a guide, we never buy a car on that alone as they are sometimes complete bollox to what we have seen...sometimes better than the report, sometimes worse.

The front and rear bumpers have been resprayed since then as there were a few holes in the bumper for plates-i can give pics prior to the work too (didnt use standard holes for plates as it blocks the intercooler)...no other marks on the car are noticable.

Once you take a drive in this car you will forget about any other EK9 your looking at

for you people who dont realize this is a 5000 dollar turbo kit plus fitting plus tuning and its almost 7000+! this is a great deal, why would someone want a standard ek9 with 185bhp when this one probably has about 300bhp? who ever buys this car is a lucky person...

Does it come with a shift knob?

By the way SB-Performance, I'm in love with every car your selling.:wow:

I know how much time/hassle/£ goes into a conversion, I spent thousands on my last one. Great price. Add a Spoon diff and :win:

TBH mate, im baffled nobody bought it at the original price as that was a bargain too. Thanks for your kind words though:nice:

see with the turbo kit on it will it not sacrifice the reliability of the car at all ?

no it dosent, it dosent matter if a car is turbo or NA, the tune is what is important, weve had members on this site with NA cars blow up cause they were not tuned properly...

thats the worry i`d have with it cause would be used as a daily driver and would like it to stay as reliable as it was stock. Don`t want to have to fork out lots of cash fixing it all the time. Have you not had probz with yours since the turbo and that ?

As long as it is regularly serviced and maintained correctly you shouldn't have any problems. Plugs are obviously colder (I have changed them and noted down the ones you need) and oil must be fully synthetic too, warming up is essential before hitting any boost, cooling down after use.

i havent had any problems recently, thats not to say i havent had any problems, but keep in mind my car is making A LOT more power than this one and is not an everyday car, it was built with that in mind, my car is making 390bhp right now on low boost.

One thing to remember is, our US dyno results read a **** load higher than UK dyno results and that is fact.

tbh, you would more likely to only see around an extra 50hp with that setup especially with only 0.35 bar, which puts it around 235hp at the FLY. If you were to contact HKS (or GReddy or APEXi who also offer a similar kit with intercooler), they would also say around a 50hp increase.

So, circa 200whp, which makes for a very quick low-boost EK9 :)

This is just my 2c though. I could (and have from time to time) been proven wrong. Anyway, good luck with the sale :)
