Hi people im building my facelift ek9 back up and just wondering if I really need the front bumper/impact bar? It has a bracket at each end for either headlights or bumper but are these brackets actually essential or could I leave them out?
Help is appreciated :)
 
yes you need it

otherwise you will have awful panel gaps under the headlights if you don't fit it! the thin metal bumper supports that bolt to the crash bar are adjustable so you can tweak panel gaps to get the front end looking perfect
 
Thanks lads , having soo much trouble because cars gettin jigged this week and honda cant get me the bumper bar till 7th july and the brackets they gave me are wrong and cant find the right ones , if yous hear of any they parts for sale please send a mail or something thanks
 
Guessing an ej9 one would be the same? My mate had/has one ill get him to give you a pm
