Anything tablet form is always crappy.. Unless your doing Dianabol or Oxys

Injecting Clen is a great way to burn fat especially around the abs, I dont know much about dosage tho

Where would you be able to buy some? tried the net but not sure where from...Is it legal?
 
Or you could stack Test, Deca and Tren.. Skip the Clen and just stick to a good diet and NOT take high street designer *******s such as superpump, anything with anabolic powder and bullshit like that..
 
Don't go down the ******* route unless you have been training for years so your body is use to pushing weights and your tendents are strong. So many lads in the gym jump on the band wagon from day one and end up ripping there biceps, chest it's not worth it. Build your body naturally first at see how you progress.

Agreed let your body hit its natrual plataeu before hitting the juice.. But if you do an easy cycle to start is kick start dbol with test and deca stack 1mil of each

EDIT: by the sounds of what your asking General the juice route isnt what you were thinking of so I was wrong to put the easy route in your head. Training is something like 5% actual training 15% rest and the rest diet.. steer clear of the overpriced high street bullshit 'fat trimmers' hard work and a good diet will show best results! good luck =]

Iv noticed great gains after being on *******s the last month......... :p i joke

Just from reading, legs are so important! Most people just focus on upper body and dont include legs and leaves them looking out of proportion or not being able to support there big chests in the long run! lol

My routine would be

chest/arms
shoulders/ triceps
back
legs
 
Cheers guys, I don;t think I'd have the guts to try the 'juice', think I would be scared of side effects etc

Going to stick with my protein shake, possibly get some HMB and creatine and obv have a good diet

for someone who wants to loose fat fast fat burners do work very well as i have used them but as said if you can get away with not using them then do so

Ha don`t if you do juice you will never ever be happy with the way you look if you do!

Always do a few heavy leg press` before hitting up your workout as I believe its the only natural way to get bursts of testosterone and the growth hormoans around your body!

Also General when you train try and use two muscle groups that have the same-ish motion..

Back/ Biceps - Monday
Shoulders/ triceps - Tuesday
Chest/ Legs - Wednesday (Just leg press to gain the chest opening up)
Rest Day - Thursday.... something like that! :nice:

At the moment, I'm doing chest/triceps, back/biceps and shoulders on it's own.

I've decided for my supplements to be:

- Optimum Nutrition Godh Whey
- Creatine (unsure which one yet)
- Hydroxycut
- Possibly some Leucine or BCAA

How do these sound? Am i getting anything that I don't need i.e if I buy the Hyrdoxycut, do I still require BCAA or Leucine?
 
Sounds good to me mate,

I personally dont know much and tend to stay away from high street powders and mixes.. whey protein, cod liver oil and a goo diet does enough for me! :nice:

Legs are the biggest muscle train them hard and you release lots of growing *******s! You won't grow without training your legs!

Make sure you get

SQUATS
DEADLIFTS
And dumbell bench into your routine

These are your growing/testosterone exercises.
 
Also don't get to hung up on supplements!

DIET is always the KEY!

STEAK, CHICKEN!

FISH!

Bla bla bla

70% diet 20% training 10% genetics.

I now know that I need to do legs but does that have to be in the same gym session or at any point during the week? I'm sure I read on here somewhere that doing a 20min leg workout at the start of the session will help me with the rest of my workout or make me grow fast in general. How does that work?

i train my legs on there own, one of the hardest muscles to get definition on and theres people who train there legs twice a week which is good but once is enough for me.
 
Trained my legs today do them on there own and train them hard. You know when you have trained them properly when your girlfriend says you look White in the face and you feel sick :))

i did mine on thursday and boked about 2 litres of stuff out lol
