Would like to know where to buy forged internals for this engine and where to find the adaptor plate to fit on my b-series box.Also what mounts are need to get this into my ek civic.I am thinking of useing ct26 turbo from a mr2 or the ct20B form a celica because i want to spool early and and finish up power at around 7200rpm..............Recomendations and help welcomed.ill be geting a hold of the prelude next week and will spend the next 8 to 12 months geting it all into my ek.

the H22A has FRM cylinders. AFAIK, JUN and Mahle are the only advertised forged pistons to work, otherwise you need to resleeve the block.

Another piston option would be the JDM Prelude Type-S slugs which offer higher compression over the base engine. Something you might want to consider if on a budget.

If he's going turbo, I don't think he'd want a higher compression piston.

While very true I thought of this thread while at the Jon when I came across a Mahle ad reading an old HondaTuning issue. I realized that you had not listed the H22 Type S piston as a viable alternative, came online and did a quick post not realizing the end goal of his project which was to eventually go turbo.

Either way my mistake.
