HELP!!need a manifold and a good intake!!

currently my ek4 has a standard manifold startin to look a little worse for wear.. and as for my intake:nono:bought with a halfords air filter...

NOT GOOD!!!:nono:

can someone just tell me which would be best suited for the ek4 :please:

there are a few aftermarket bits done to it..
cams, uprated flywheel, type r head, type r ecu, s/s exhaust and a few small other bits.. not sure if that makes much difference when deciding which to choose but maybe yee'll be able to help me???

and should i be expectin much of a gain afterwards??

Exhaust manifold or inlet manifold?

Ex Manifolds there is a huge choice really, Im going to be testing a Hytech try y and an RMF on my B20 teg as these seem to be 2 of the hihest rated items.

As for intake/induction kit, AEM V2, i honestly cant beleive the difference they make we hav used them on the last 3 customers B20 and the difference over the other set ups was quite impressive.

Intake manifold, S2 pro series for b16/18 NO PROBS.

not sure wat part to be honest.. the 4 branch..

someone reccomended a 5zigen 4-2-1

and a topfuel intake.. ive heard the v2 is the best ta go for too..

any idea wheres best to get them??

Ive been designing a back box and the B pipe at the moment, I have a few small bits to finish the integra.

The Motor was making 248bhp@8800rpm with my Hytech try Y (small bore) I have a big bore try Y and RMF to test when the motor goes in to the Teg.

Last year we tested the Toda 4-2-1. a Comptech 4-2-1 (with a custom 2.5" collector) and a jun 4-1.

I used the comptech, as it was the best ALL round unit, how ever the Toda made more peak (by a good few as well)

The motor has had some new parts fitted and im now running a 3" system so we will see. The teg also allows for a striaghter route of system compared to my CRX.

I will hunt out the old Dyno's.

I am hoping to get the rmf and hytechs copied as well but thats dependsnt on costs.

JDmarron on here was trying to do a Group Buy through me on BWR try Y headers but he didnt get many takers.

did you test it on a stock b20 or a built 1?
mine is stock
keep us updated on the header test!
 
the v2 has a chamber on it and the cai doesnt they both sit in the arch linner

The toda/jun/comptech were tested on a stock B20 block, b16 head, BC3+ cams.

I then ran the comptech on my built motor then changed to the Hytech.
