Help on advertising rules please!

I did a quick search but didnt find what i was after..

I'm just wondering how strict this forum is for advertising services for a business without being a trader?

i work at JDModified,and i think we could offer alot of services to people on here..but am i allowed to sort of tell people when there asking for somewhere? or is that not allowed?

i wasn't planning on spamming the shite out of the forum,or doing it for the sake of it..i just mean on the odd occasion if someone ask's,can i suggest they come to us kinda thing?
