first of all i am new to this server 
i am on other civic ones but thort id give this a try.
rite i have tein super streets on my ek9 and i thort i wud lower it abit more so it was propa on its arse but when i came to it i realised i dint really no wt im doin but i tried anyway.
i tried the front first of all so i turned the 2 nuts (the locker and the adjuster at the bottom of the spring) all the way down and had a look ... dint seem to make a differance so i put them half way up and it seemed to go higher ??????
if some one cud tell me which way to to position it for its lowest setting please or if i am doing it the rong way>
