Protein folding?

The 3D shape of a protein is integral to its functioning, the trouble is they 'fold' in almost a millionth of a second so you have to get a computer to simulate it and what our clever bodies do millions of times a day and in less than a nano-second takes a computer a whole day to simulate. Incorrect folding can lead to Alzheimer's, Parkinsons and other degenerative diseases.
