HELP with obd2a spoon

my friend gave me this ecu obd2a with spoon chip ... but i want to know it is some fake spoon chip or original ? what is it

one way to find out . plug it in and see what your vtec point is at and your rev limit

because i don´t know if I buy dual valve springs with retainers and plug this spoon ecu or tune p28 ...

my modifications on EK4 :carbon air intake, 3-Y headers and skunk2 catback
