I think is the new "CRX".

I'm sure japanese tuners will install a K20A engine to this chassis hehehe.

What do you guys think?

The CR-Z is powered by a 1.5 L (92 cu in) i-VTEC inline-4 engine with Honda's Integrated Motor Assist (IMA) hybrid-electric system. A six-speed manual transmission is standard equipment and a continuously variable transmission (CVT) is available. The system delivers a combined peak output of 122 bhp (91 kW) at 6000 rpm and 128 lb·ft (174 N·m) at 1000 to 1500 rpm (123 lb·ft (167 N·m) on CVT-equipped models).

not a bad looking car. I can imagine the type R version will be very interesting.

What would be the point in a k20 version lol
it's a hybrid that's fun to drive, it's 0-60 is like 7-8 seconds I think and 50 odd mpg.

it doesn't do 50mpg if you drive it like a sports car, infact you have to be stupidly slow and light to do 50mpg.

IMO Hybrids are a big con LOL

i guess the question is, would you still tweek it around if you have one?

I like this crz. what I would do is leave it bone stock for daily use, and track my coupe!
i just may pick one up in white.

0-60 in 7.8 would be acceptable, but I spoke to Honda about the GT model a few weeks ago, couple of carbon bits, but it's 9.9 to 60 and they were still trying to tell me it was 'sporty'.

Of course dropping a K20 in would be the 'sensible' choice, as soon as I saw this at the motor show a few years back I thought S2K engine + running gear... would be awesome then.

...is this a sign of things to come, hybrid power?

iv seen a white one in flesh & i must say it looked quite stylish to me.
I would buy one if i had the spare cash

I'm sure japanese tuners will install a K20A engine to this chassis hehehe.

Not if the American tuners beat them to it. Hasport already has one and they are working on it.

Lol :p But I can't help wondering wether the CR-Z chassis is worth it or wether this is done just because they can.

they have developed a supercharger for the cr-z and after tune it is at abt 220bhp thats a shitton for a hybrid and bisimoto has a crz that is at 533hp vid below
