Hey, anyone know what Honda Hamp brake pads are like? Need a new set of front brake pads and just shoppin about. Just for street use.:nice:

Cheers

wow, i never new they made pads, what else do they make besides oil filters?

x2 blinx

I know they make oil filter and air filter and fuel filter. thats about it though....

Apparently Honda are using Hamp brake pads on the majority of there new car's produced in Japan from factory

Nice and cheap, I'll get these when mine need changing....

Hamp pads are for mildly modified honda's, not recommended for track use in any shape or form, but on the other hand you know Honda make good s##t:D

I've had them on for atleast a thousands miles now and they are excellent! No brake dust, no fade, sweet! and at an ace price! :)

Nice one mate :)

Will keep this in mind when mine need changing

sounds good ill be using em when i need some then top advice matey:)

Deadly, let me know when ya get them. Any idea of how long it will be?

So no ones actually tried them out yet.
Do they perform aswell or worse then oe honda pads?

oemjapparts are out of stock. They reckon they won't have any for 4 weeks. I have an mot coming up and would prefer they were on the car before that :(

Anyone know anyone else who stocks them? Can't see them on vtecdirect.com

I've had them on for a while now and they are great. Going to put them on the rear once they need changed also. Only seen them on oemjapparts! :)

Found out i have thease all round on my car iv done 3 track days on them and they were on the car from importing,

I find i get alot of dust on the back, they seam to perform well on track, they fade but hardly noticable.

They have taken some proper abuse on track and never let me down

To be honest with you there good for the money by the looks of it but you definatly need better pads for track time :nice: they work well on road and little bit of track use.
