JAPFEST Sat 12 May only 30 places


what time you think you'll both be arriving for ? i think i can make out on the letter that the gates open at 6, so ill probaably try and get there for about 7 - 8 , that way beat the traffic and ques :) !

Will start a thread for leaving from the SW later on.
 
I thought the gates open at 7 for cars that are on stands the 8-9 for everyone else.

Could be wrong
 
on the letter he uploaded it says club stands from 6 am and must be all parked and positioned by 9 am.

open to public 9am onwards :)

I will aim to get there about 8am ish depending on if i get in a convoy. Will be coming from Gloucester so any of you SW guys wanna meet up?

So if were on a stand what time would every1 like us to be their for ?? Its just because we are comimg from north west and need to know what time set off coz its like a 3 hr drive or so
 
Well you have to be all parked up for 9 apparently so aim to get there between 7 and 8 if assume.
Work out your exact time using google maps and plan your journey.

Do you also know what gate we have to use to enter?
 
WRRNING don't get there after 8:00 as you may get stuck in 2 hour traffic jam,

I will be aiming to get there for about 6:45 to get all cars parked up in a straight line. I will be traveling west bound on the M4 and leaving J12 M'c Donald's car park at 5:45 if you want to tag on.

Who does NOT have a Champ White ek9????

Stand is towards the end of the straight where it goes up the slight hill.

My stand pass says gate B and area CR.

They have marshalls at the gate to show you where to go when you get there and signs to show you which gate

Unless your me you arrive late and then completely forget how to park when there is a massive crowd around as you well know *embarrasing* :nono:

Hi guys, look forward to seeing you all there again this year (i'll be on HCF stand) I noticed that you guys aint doing a club track run this year, anyone know who club is that might have space's or how to buy public individual track time?
