Japfest track time


I am booked for two, one with the ek9 lot, stil to pay and 1 wit the HOT club :) amazing track recommend to anyone who never been. Just be careful of the first proper right hander, a bitch where many have lost it (bank corner) I think it called, correct me if I wrong :)

Quarry is the first right hander out the straights. just brake before the brow and ull be fine.
 
YEs quarry it is, lol. That is where people go wrong try to leave it til after the brow an that is the mistake amazin circuit, my advice is to do it if u can one of best circuits in the country and one of the fastest
 
Lucky man, only ever done sessions at japfest but my 3rd year in a row an car will be at uts best yet so cant wait. Get some pics and vids of the day man an enjoy :)
 
I'm on earliest novice session. Never been on track before. Just going to take it easy and appreciate what I've built.
 
'Camp' corner, the last one before the pit straight is the one to respect, especially if you are new to the circuit, get distracted by all your fans and you could easily hit the wall, some do at Gayfest.

I saw you stack last year gunter.
Watched a few videos and it looks quite bumpy.

It was a 2.0l 16v on throttle bodies and car fully stripped at about 600kg

The other ek9 was a K20 also on throttle bodies.

Oh i also have decent brakes on the car now! 300mm vained Willwood 4 pots.
