I can see a O2 sensor bung on the cat to the left of the 2nd pic. which is the one I am not getting. But will the version I am getting have this 02 sensor bung as well?

There is no o2 sensor bung on the one you are getting. Its a cat temp sensor on the other one in the pic off an 96 jdm dc2 its was just a pic to compare the 2.5 and 2.25 sizes.
