The numbers have no unit,they are just arbitrary values.
Meaning from the numbers & how they affect AFR will become more familiar the more you work with them.
Quite generally,about 10% change of the values on the fuel table will give roughly a change of 1 full AFR point at any given tuning point(Assuming u use the fuel trim parameters correctly).A very rough rule of thumb,but might at least get u in the ballpark till u see how the values affect your particular setup.
