Jesse888 Forged/stroker turbo ek9


Housing turned up today! Glad that's here and I can get this sent up to arc tomorrow. So we are now back on schedule!
American T31 exhaust housing

Turbine exit looks small(2.5") but I guess seen as the wheel is smaller it's not an issue. Will be flared to 3" anyway

 
The numbers have no unit,they are just arbitrary values.


Meaning from the numbers & how they affect AFR will become more familiar the more you work with them.
Quite generally,about 10% change of the values on the fuel table will give roughly a change of 1 full AFR point at any given tuning point(Assuming u use the fuel trim parameters correctly).A very rough rule of thumb,but might at least get u in the ballpark till u see how the values affect your particular setup.

Thanks for the tip. I'm hoping to start tuning it in around 3weeks time so fingers crossed!
 
Wow your up early!
Honestly just a friendly reaction to tuning based questions is quite rare it seems, I don't see me having many issues more for clarification than anything.
Can't wait to start tbh!

I bought EK9 facelift couple of months ago, Building B16a CSS block forged etc, skunk2 valvetrain, Precision 5858 500+ horse monster lol.

My old car was starlet turbo.
 
Nice! Unfortunately I've not got the block or the turbo to make the 500+ crew.
You should fire up a build thread if you get 10mins
 
I've got afew update pics from arc-Autosport.
Looks like the cage is going well and I'm looking forward to seeing the exhaust system.



Thinking about having the interior painted grey, like a gloss grey not matt.
What do we think?

That's the kind of thing im thinking yes.
 
I'm not sure how black in white will look.
Agreed can be hard to get the right shade of grey.
 
Gloss grey would look great, or go fresh original white?
 
Yeah it's between all champ white, all just a random gloss white or all grey.
Not into bright colours like green or orange cages etc.
Just all one colour.
 
I just couldn't visualise gray and thought yuck,
But that gray xxxencorexxx posted is nice ,
 
Yeah you have to see a picture to get the idea with grey really.
