K20 Ek9


Any interest in k20 dc2. Im just doing up a add. At the moment
 
I've been looking on pistonheads daily and there hasn't even been a K20 EK let alone EK9 in the last 6 months. I guess for simplicity and cost effectiveness everyone goes for DC/EG when they do the swap.
 
In a moment of madness by the owner theres was a k20 ek on civiclife but the add was taken down soon after
 
Yep pretty much :D

Worth it though. Done right its the best handling and performing K swap out there (although we have just built a K swap EG race car but that was mainly for weight)

Or a moment of realisation with all due respect to Dan, that he wouldn't get nine thousand pounds for a EK Civic.

some things that could do with being addressed

- Speedo is in Kmph but can be coverted to mph by purchasing a speedo converter
- Engine light is on becasue there is a decat - if you purchase Kpro it will remove the light (but not needed if you can stand the light being on)
has a short intake, with a long arm it will release some more horses
previous owner removed the lacqer from the carbon fibre bonnet so its abit dull (not the end of the world though)
fusebox is sitting in the passenger footwell
couple of marks on the rear bumper and the rear spoiler has that bubbling that they suffer from

apart from that the car is quite clean, but hav look for yourself
