hi all, who all is heading to this?
Myself and stezie are, just wondering who else:)
 
i believe spek9 is going to try and make it there. i'm off to enniskillen on sunday as its just handier and i want to see my mates transam trying to do a few passes! :nice:

cool, shouldn't be too hard to spot an ek9 up there, the genuine article!
Dying
for this, done straightliners last autumn and thought it was ok, done 18 runs which wasn't bad! Was ok but by the end i kinda had enough.
Best was 14.7 at 98mph, not bad for a standard 1.8 with 4.4 box on a damp track.

Roll on sunday!

Yes mate I'm booked in and all so I will def be there :nice: I was running in the new parts in my box and just changed the MTF tonight so I'm good to go

It will be good to see another member there. Is it your 1st trackday?

yea its my 1st! Can't wait, long run up tho, we leaving here at 7!:angry:
 
Its handy enough to where I live, only about a 35min drive

What tyres will you be running? The weather looks good so far

only got toyo t1r's on for now. I'm off to oz in june pm not gonna pump more money into the car. Said i wasn't gonna spend any more since xmas but that soon went out the window Lol!

Weather looks great so far, can't wait for it!:D
 
Kirkistown yesterday was a great day out! The weather was perfect and the ek9 was running perfectly, it was very hard to get heat into the rear tyres (A032r in hard compound but nearly worn down to a slick) but when they were up to temp the car really did grip :D


Was good to meet the lads off the forum who came all they way from Donegal direction, all sound guys

Was nice to meet other members from here.
Didn't venture out myself but went out with 'spek9" for a few laps and.......OMG!

His 9 is so well set up and being a great pilot meant he was doing some great times,when we got heat into rear tyres that is!

Get your mates pics up tedman!

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole day, even the spin was exciting Lol!
Beautiful 9 you have there too man, i was surprised at how well the toyos held up. Felt a monster flat spot on the way home Lol! Didn't get home till 12ish but well worth it.
