The header is an JDM ITR 98 Spec. 4-1 - A very respected piece of kit.
Essentially the same as a Mugen 4-1 but with the brackets!

Carbon Kevlar AFAIK. That's what I was told when I bought it anyway. Sorry bout the pic quality. Don't have the best camera.

As far as I am aware Varis only make a Carbon Fibre hood for the EK9
