Mpg?


I calculated US fuel cost out to £0.75 A LITER, a couple weeks back.

Sorry Techy, but your not going to get any sympathy here buddy. And for anyone trying to make direct comparisons, a US gallon is different to a UK one, and the exchange rate fo £-$ is not 1:1, it is 1.6US$ ISH to 1GBP. Also, America is bigger, they tend to drive more miles per journey than us. But, Americans do not have anywhere near the kind of public transport infrastructure to rely on that we do, so it really does affect them quite badly.


I get 43MPG out of my EJ9 with 150K on the clock now. That is an average over 10,000 miles. 14p/mile.
