At last a car i may actually keep. Was originally for Paul but he has decided he wants something else, so i have my own lil project. Mega high milage, but apart from a scuff on the bumper, bodywork is immaculate.

Totally standard in everyway. The work now begins.

We started of by sorting the leak in the boot and while we were at it cleaned it all up.

Then off came the bumpers and sideskirts for a waxoil.

Not bad for a car thats done over 200k kilometers :wow:

cheers :) not cheap then..lol..thinking of getting mine retrimmed instead

Cost £200 by the time it got here.

Jeeze, you got that cheap :O.

I was reading the list price from honda once and it's like £550 or something for the non-srs version.

Car looks sweet :nice:

Personally I think the standard white rims look out of place on the Silver EK9's. Can't wait to see what the gold ones will look like. Gold and Silver combo.

Could I ask where you got the steering wheel from? Been trying to search for one and they're all above £200 for a used one

cheers :) not cheap then..lol..thinking of getting mine retrimmed instead

to retrim a steering wheel properly could cost in the region of £250-300, less if you want it done as a bit of a bodge. They're very technical and difficult to trim, even by the best.

i know this as my father has been a trimmer for over 30years, and he's very, very good. It's usually cheaper to just buy a new steering wheel :p

WOW that really high mileage! How does the engine feel with such high miles?

What's your plans for it? or they a secret?

GL with the project

200 km isnt that much. roughly 124k miles. just been run in for 24k :nice:
