Need some items to pass MOT

I recently moved to England from Japan and brought my '97 Civic Type R with me. Japan does a rigorous inspection (JCI) every two years and the car passed that fine but did not pass the MOT. So I need a couple items:

1. Rear Sway Bar (prefer stock but beggars cant be choosers)
2. Catalytic Converter (he mentioned something about getting a O2 sensor as well but I'm not sure about that, comments?)
3. UK Spec light to pass for Rear Fog Lamp (Don't want to drill into the bumper)

I live in Feltwell, so if you live nearby we can arrange a meet and I can pay then, otherwise I prefer to pay through Paypal. I also have a Bride Racing seat (I'll get the type/# this afternoon), five point harness, and Bride EK9 seat rails willing to trade. I'll check the site multiple times daily for any replies and PM's. Any help is appreciated with this matter.

GramsN1 - I still cant PM yet because I haven't made enough posts?! 60GBP including posting sounds great on the Cat! Do you have pics of it at all? I'd like to see an internal pic if possible. I'm ready to buy after that! Do you have Paypal?
 
think i've got a pair of Uk VTI rear lights in the shed. Pre-facelfit... from a 96 civic.

I'll check tomorrow but if they will fit an EK9 we can arrange a price...

I wouldn't be going and buying a second hand cat mate, whats to say its going to be better than the one you already have.

Buy a o2 sensor first then go from there if its knackered buy a sport cat. and regaurding the fog light get a switch wired in and tap a hole under the rear bumper so you can't see it put it on for MOT then take it off.
 
The person who did my MOT said the cat was punched out. Thanks for the advice on the O2 sensor and light-I'm going to look into those tomorrow.
