Nengun Problems

Has any one here had problems wit nengun in the past??? i'm waitin 5 weeks now for an order and it was supposidly sent a week n a half ago. usually all parts i order are here in less than two weeks!!! i'm gettin sick of waitin at this stage as my car is off the raod waiting for this new clutch n i don't want to spend more money on gettin a cheaper one fitted to do me for the moment.
 
ya im havin the same problem. im waitin for my stuff off nengun since the 17th of August but thats because they were waitin on my exhaust. i mailed them and they told me the story its on its way now anyway. it should be here this wk. ive got my tracking no and the items have been shipped,

:mad: ive been waiting over 4MONTHS now for a set of SPOON engine mounts..! :nono:

i tried them last yr when ordered with little hasel a Mugen intake with couple other treats for my ek... however these mounts r becoming my worst nightmare :angry:

worst thing, ive been waiting to fit clutch, flywheel, itr t/b (straight swap for spoon 70mm to me m8's imtegra :nice:) & the Mugen intake (need to file down the transmission support to make it fit) together with the mounts!!!

Remember reading on the site: "Please note: To date we have never had one part lost or stollen via the use of EMS express air mail." - thinking i was the 1st! :nerv:
 
Got Spoon mounts on order as well, been 2 weeks now, wish Id seen Vtecroadhogs post earlier!
 
i think its basically 1 man operation who orders himself once he gets paid, this alone with mugen stuff etc can take ages and then for him to ship normal post can take 1 week to a month as majority will come via sea

i get replies to emails from nengun 1-4 weeks after i send in which time i already have stuff from someone else on my doorstep
 
Yeah same probs here guys.. Been waiting on a TODA Manifold for over 9 weeks now - its still not been sent - Good things come to those who wait I suppose..

Well glad to say i received my Spoon torque damper & engine trans mounts... :)

Will be posting pics & details of upgrades i will be fitting my EK during the course of this week...
 
i'm afraid to order off them again but i don't really have a choice. i got a price for denso iriduim plugs for my car n it was 100-116 euro in the different places i tried but sppon plugs are 80 euro off that so i'm thinkin of takin another long wait. ha
 
they HVE very good prices... risky but like "Haribo" metioned above... 'Good things come to those who wait!' :nice:

after waiting for so long on me mounts etc... i will be ordering some SARD stuff from them vry soon :naughty:
