Only reason I say is the RS focus's hold there money and the only Honda's that do are the NSX or maybe Ek9's.

Sorry that's untrue, Most type rs except fn2 and ep3 are holding money well right now. Actually they been for past 5 years or so

So really that leave's the Fd2, Dc2, would you say the Dc5 has held it's value? if you look at the price's of mk1,mk2 escort's, series 1 and 2 RS focus's they have held there money better example 2009 focus RS £19000= 2010 civic type r £12000 not a Ford fan got a Dc2 myself and love it, but these two cars are out at the same time and I think you would have to consider the Ford.

Do really like both, but until both are properly reviewed and track tested head to head its a tough call. A lot of time and investment has gone into developing the new type r following their race car for the road theme, really think it'll be seriously fun to drive regardless of it being turbo. I wonder if a new turbo integra type r will be on its way as well.

That is prob a good shout, anything before is just speculation so we all will find out soon enough.. i don't think they will be making the integra again, they have used the name on their mopeds or scooters now lol
