well after almost 3 years of blood sweat and near tears the bloody thing finally got to the end of a rally !!

this was my 4th event in the car, and only my 4th in 3 1/2 years so there was plenty of rust to shake off.

finished the event 1st 1600 and 11th oa out of 85 starters, even beating world rally cars on last few stage lol , thanks to Iain Gorrie motor engineer for building the gearbox and Blackpool road and rally for the engine, it loves it !!!!

That was really good driving there. The weather at Weeton looked horrendous n i bet you were having kittens when the brakes locked up on the 3rd vid lol.

night stage looks class!
some tricky conditions there and alot of 1st and 2nd gear corners
great results and nice driving:nice:
 
Think you missed out the other number on your overall mate....,superb result well done, only finish ive had in mine so far was 1st in class and 11th overall also lol

engine and box are fantastic,very jealous! cant wait to improve on my standard motor
 
car goes well! i think you might need to uprate your engine mounts? or pack them with windscreen sealer, you're loosing alot of traction with wheel hop!
 
Sure he has proper mounts in it.

Looking at a video of one stage on youtube the split after a chicane looks a total joke, so many potential accidents and people driving against the direction of traffic, not good at all!!
 
fair play mate you done well to just finish, got told some parts of the stages was like sheet ice, excellent great result !!

it has innovative mounts on !

what causes the tyre to jump up like that ? seems worse the hotter the tyre !

torque damper reduces wheel hop
could look into that..
